Custom O and S Gauge Train Bridges

The key to an awesome train set up is a bridge.  We are pleased to offer a variety of bridges, including custom bridges, made from quality Baltic Birch Plywood.   Baltic Birch was selected because of its high quality use in cabinet making. 

All bridges were designed using a solid modeling program in 3D.  These bridges are then manufactured using a CNC machine in order to achieve accuracy, precision, and consistently made parts.  All bridges are available in single and double track widths. Wider widths are available upon request.

These bridges are available in kit form for your easy assembly as well as selection of paint color.             Hint:  Textured paints look fantastic!

A standard nameplate logo is plain (no name) on both ends of the bridge.  Ask us about custom logos with name of your choice.

The design of these bridges includes a tongue and groove configuration to enhance the assembly process and add to the strength of the entire structure.  All parts are glued together in the groove locations.  These bridges are designed to be supported at both ends by a support available from us or by you depending on your needs.  Each bridge has a recessed section at both ends for the supports.  Contact us if you are interested in supports that we can supply in varying heights depending on your requirements.  Note: The Hell Gate designs include support columns.

We offer many bridges in varying lengths from 18 inches up to 6 feet.  We can also make custom bridges to your requirements.
